My favorite Neutral Milk Hotel Song. I wanted to do something folky with it; found the right key and picking style and recorded at home. Worked in my attic for many nights with Peter Orr (Ninth Ward Philharmonic) and after a few months was able to get my friends the Wanting to lay down backing vocals. Its tricky to redo a beloved song, but I think this one deserved a more sentimental version. I hope it holds up. Let me know how you feel.
